Mariam is an accomplished banking professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, successfully managing large-scale banking operations and leading strategic market rollouts across multiple geographies.


Mariam held several leading positions as a Head of Consumer Banking at FABMISR ,board member at vitas group, leading positions at Audi bank, also worked in Dubai with Dunia Finance in UAE. Additionally, she played vital roles in strategic market rollouts and business transformations across several geographies, including China, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Mexico, and Russia. Mariam also led the BPO for Dunia Services, where she handled a significant consulting assignment in Ukraine from 2011 to 2015, driving end-to-end business transformation.


Earlier in her career, Mariam held positions with Citibank in Egypt, UAE, and Russia. Mariam began her professional journey at Procter & Gamble in Egypt, where she worked in the marketing department.


In 2015, she was honored with the 'Women Achievement Award' at the World Women Leadership Congress in India. Her educational background includes two MBA degrees, one from the University of Chicago in 2008 and another from the American University in Cairo in 1997. Mariam graduated from faculty of Business Administration & Computer Science from the same university.
