CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

Since 2015, Mohamed Farag has served as a Board Member at ACROW Misr after holding many managerial positions at the company giving him deep outlook onto the business operations and dynamics, including; CEO, General Manager, Commercial Director, and Gulf Regional Manager. In addition, He has been the Chairman of ACROW Misr for Integrated Construction Services (AICS) since 2015 and a Board Member at Inshaa Construction Engineering since 2021. He has also served as the Chairman of ACROW Misr Building Products (ABP) from 2017 till 2020 and a Board Member at ICON from 2014 till 2020.

For 30 years, Mohamed Farag held several leadership positions in prominent companies and acted as Lebanon Branch Manager at The Arab Contractors throughout his professional career. He has a BSc in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University, Egypt.
