Mohamed Rezek has held the position of Group HR Operations Manager at ICON Group since 2020. As a business partner, he is accountable for ensuring the efficiency and top performance of Group Executive Committees. He works with Group HR Director on HR strategy, supervising all HR activities to implement policies and ensure compliance with labor laws while creating a healthy, productive, and performance-driven work culture across Group Companies.

In 2016, he joined ICON Egypt as the Human Resources & Administration Director, contributing to the formulation and development of the overall strategy of the HR and Admin Affairs Departments. He then moved in 2019 to ICON Holding Group as a Group HR Center of Excellence Manager responsible for the design, planning, development, and implementation of HR programs. In addition to leading organization restructuring, training & development programs, senior managers hiring, compensation & benefits. Earlier in his career, he held several HR positions in Electrolux over his 10-year tenure. He graduated from Ain Shams University, Faculty of Commerce, in 2004.
