Mostafa Hafez is the IT Director and a member of the executive committee at ACROW Misr with more than 14 years of IT management expertise and an exceptional track record of ERP analysis, implementation, and post-production support.

Before joining ACROW Misr in 2020, he held the position of IT Director for Ahram Security Group from 2014 till 2019 and for Contact Group from 2019.In his role at Contact Group, Mostafa Hafez was responsible for the IT management of different Group Business lines and Manufacturing Companies; Insutech Company and Block Company. He was responsible for overseeing the streamlined operations of all IT departments, leading operational and strategic planning, and reviewing the performance of IT systems to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements.
Besides his broad technical skills in; Oracle Functional Consulting, Solutions Development, VMware virtualization, San Storage, Firewalls, Cisco Networks, ABF Methodology, and many others, Mostafa Hafez holds vast management skills in Business Requirements Analysis, Process Design, Configuration, Gap Analysis, Development, Testing, Training, and Documentation. After earning his engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from Cairo University in 2008, he embarked on his career, demonstrating excellent business analysis, problem-solving, and time management skills.
