Amr Osman has been on the Board of Directors at ACROW Misr since 2018 as an independent member and member of the Audit Committee. He has over 27 years of professional experience in a wide range of disciplines covering Corporate and Family Governance, Transformation, Strategy, Marketing, General Management, and Executive Education.

Throughout his career in multinationals and in consulting, Amr Osman worked in a broad spectrum of industries, including; Agro, Construction & Real Estate, Consulting & Management Services, Energy, Engineering, FMCG, Food and Snacks, Furniture, Manufacturing, NGOs, Retail & Distribution, and Telecom.
